Quotations

Quotations are valid for 3 months from the date of quotation.

Payment

  1. A deposit of 50% of the quoted cost is due upon written confirmation of the menu and no later than 7 days prior to the event.
  2. Unless otherwise agreed by prior arrangement, all invoices are due for settlement on the day of the event.
  3. Payment may be made by cash or cheque.
  4. Should the event be cancelled less than five days before the event, the following charges will apply:

    Cancellation within 5 days..................................25% of quoted cost.
    Cancellation within 2 days..................................50% of quoted cost.
    Cancellation within 1 day..................................100% of quoted cost.

Loss and Damage

The hirer is wholly responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery until it is collected. Any breakages, loss or damage, however caused, shall be charged to the hirer at the full replacement cost.

Limitation and Liability

No liability is accepted for loss, damage or consequential loss caused by the business’s failure to perform its obligations. Nothing herein shall exclude the business’s obligations to pay compensation for death or personal injury as required by law.
